What’s the "magic link" and how do I get mine?

Your “magic link” is a link we’ll create just for you so that you can share with your friends. In order to get your “magic link”, sign up at doctorSIM by entering your email address in the form you will find above, or by logging in directly with Facebook or Google.

We’ll send you an email so that you can confirm your account and generate a secure password.

Once you’ve done this, you will receive your magic link in your email within seconds.

If you have already registered with doctorSIM, simply log in to your account by clicking here and click on "Get £1 per referral". There you’ll find your magic link.

How can I share my magic link with my friends?

It's very easy! Once you have signed up at doctorSIM click here and go to "Get £1 per referral".

There you’ll find different options to share your magic link with whoever you want: by whatsapp, facebook, email, SMS, Twitter... Or you can simply copy and paste your link and share it.

What do my friends have to do so that I can get my free credits?

Your friends will have to purchase at least one top up with doctorSIM (to any country or company in the world) by using the magic link you sent them.

When they finish their top up, both you and your friend will receive an email notification, informing you that you can now enjoy your free credits.

Please note! If your friends top up with doctorSIM through any link other than your magic link, we will have no way of knowing that it was you who recommended doctorSIM to them and we will not be able to give you your free credit.

Is there a limit to the number of friends I can invite?

Nope! There’s no limit. You can invite as many friends as you want and you will receive 1 credit for each friend once they have completed their top up with doctorSIM.

How much is each credit?

1 credit is equivalent to 1 EURO or 1.14 USD, but you can also check the conversion to your local currency at checkout.

Where can I check how many credits I have?

Once you have registered with doctorSIM, simply log into your account by clicking here and go to "My credits". There you will be able to see how many credits you have in your account

What can I spend my credits on?

You can spend your credits on any purchase you make at doctorSIM, for any of the services we offer: top-ups, unlocks and checks.

For our top-up service you can redeem up to 1 credit per purchase, but if you use them to buy an unlock or a check, you can redeem as many credits as you want for the same purchase. Actually, if you have enough credits, your purchase could be completely free for you!

How do I use my credits?

It depends on the service you want to use them for:

If you are using your credits for a top-up, your discount will be applied automatically and you won't have to do anything. Just make sure you are logged in to "My Account" before you top up so that we can apply the discount.

If you are going to use your credits for another service at doctorSIM (an unlock or a check) you will have the option to pay by card, paypal, bank transfer or credits. IIf you do not have enough credits to pay for your request, we will discount those you have from the price. Again, make sure you are logged in to "My Account" before completing your purchase so we can apply the discount.
