If you have requested the IMEI check and the phone appears as unlocked, the "No Service" message may be related to a network connectivity issue, as the phone recognizes the SIM card but is unable to reach the network.

Some possible reasons why the "No Service" message appears are as follows:

• The search mode is not set to "Automatic" under Settings/Carrier
• The SIM card inserted might not have been activated properly
• Your previous network provider may have blacklisted the IMEI of your iPhone; this is done if there is an outstanding bill or the phone is considered stolen or lost, so we recommend contacting the network provider to clarify the situation
