Had persistent positive experience with DoctorSIM for about 8 years now.
Needed a way to top off SIM traveling to Mexico. I was so lost and confused until I came across this service. In two-three clicks I was able to get my needs taken care of. It means so much when you are in a foreign country to secure your communication.
And now again, I made a payment on two lines thinking that those were correct numbers for the SiMs in my phone from a year ago. It didn't work (I must have purchased new cards with new phone numbers that I didn't record). Right away I reached out to them for a refund via email and they kindly refunded my money.
