Love you DoctorSim

Love you DoctorSim. I wish you were my doctor in real life! I've been using DoctorSim for 2 years and it's always been a great experience. The customer service is always very helpful and the loads work perfectly fine for a reasonable cost. Occasionally the loads can't be delivered, but they're quick to reach out and offer alternatives or easy refunds. Best reload site on the internet imo!

Better Services

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was well past midnight, and I urgently needed to top up my Roshan Afghanistan number. I tried several services, but none of them worked, and I was starting to think I’d have to wait until morning.

Then I found doctorSIM.

The top-up went through within minutes, exactly when I needed it most. In that moment, it wasn’t just a successful transaction—it was a real lifesaver. Fast, reliable, and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be using doctorSIM again and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a service they can count on.

FAQ Phone checks

Can I unlock my phone even if it has been reported?

Yes, but keep the following in mind: unlocking a phone has nothing to do with removing it from the blacklist. Unlocking your phone allows you to use it on any other network in the world.

However, even if the phone is unlocked, you almost certainly won't be able to make or receive calls until the phone has been removed from the blacklist.

In some cases, it is possible that an unlocked phone works correctly despite having been reported, but it is not guaranteed. We recommend removing the phone from the blacklist before trying to use your phone with another network carrrier.

What is the IMEI blacklist?

A mobile phone can be declared lost, stolen or unpaid by its original network carrier, and it will be included in a worldwide database, where most network carriers include their reported/blacklisted devices.

When using a reported/blacklisted phone, most likely it will not connect to the network. You will be able to browse the Internet and even send SMS if you connect it to a Wi-Fi network, but you won't be able to make nor receive phone calls.

Can an unlocked phone be reported stolen?

Yes, call the network provider you are contracted to and ask for the report. They will require that you send them the complaint you filed with the police and the original invoice.

My phone has been stolen. How do I report it stolen or add it to the blacklist?

The first thing you need to do is call your network provider immediately. You will be asked for proof that you are the owner of the phone (if you purchased it unlocked) and a copy of the complaint you filed for theft or loss with the police.

If you like, you can also send us your IMEI code (along with any additional information) to [email protected] so that we can assess if it needs to be included in the database.

I was sold a phone that has been reported stolen. What should I do?

  • Perform a complete IMEI check of the phone to send to the seller
  • Ask the seller to return your money in exchange for the phone
  • Use conflict resolution measures available to you on websites dedicated to the second-hand market, eBay etc. to exercise your rights
