i made a recharge of 42$ for my indian number but its been flagged dont know why i have even provided my id in the order status page still no response it said on website that recharge is quick within seconds but its taking hours now

I was skeptical about using a service…

I was skeptical about using a service like this but had no real alternative as the Canadian mobile provider I use do not allow top ups using non- north American bank cards.
After some issues about the code provided by DrSIM their customer service resolved things to my complete satisfaction.
The customer service is extremely fast and efficient.
