Ik heb 42 dollar opgewaardeerd voor mijn Indiase nummer, maar de transactie is gemarkeerd. Ik weet niet waarom. Ik heb zelfs mijn identiteitsnummer opgegeven op de pagina met de bestelstatus, maar ik heb nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen. Op de website stond dat het opwaarderen binnen enkele seconden zou gebeuren, maar het duurt nu al uren.

EDIT: Mijn opwaardering is succesvol voltooid. Dank aan het team voor het contact opnemen en het helpen bij het oplossen van het probleem.

Ik was sceptisch over het gebruik van een dienst…

Ik was sceptisch over het gebruik van een dergelijke dienst, maar had geen echt alternatief, aangezien de Canadese mobiele provider waar ik klant ben geen herlaadbeurten toestaat met bankkaarten die niet uit Noord-Amerika afkomstig zijn.
Na enkele problemen met de door DrSIM verstrekte code heeft hun klantenservice de kwestie tot mijn volledige tevredenheid opgelost.
